IIH Nordic, an award-winning digital agency known as the best analytics house in Denmark, is seeking a motivated intern to join our Customer Partnership and Growth team. We're looking for a commercially-minded individual who can support our client engagement initiatives while contributing to our AI development efforts. Working with our portfolio of C20 and international brand clients, you'll gain valuable experience in digital analytics, marketing disciplines and emerging AI applications.

Who are you?

• A bachelor or master student in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Data Science, or related field
• Commercially astute with an understanding of digital analytics and business fundamentals
• An excellent communicator comfortable with approaching people across different teams and positions
• Structured, tech-savvy and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Previous experience in a business environment is advantageous
• Written and spoken fluency in English and Danish
• Located in Denmark or able to arrange own daily transportation during the internship period

Your responsibilities will include:

Support for your team in Customer Partnership & Growth

• Assist in maintaining client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Track and analyze client satisfaction metrics to inform service improvements
• Help translate client needs into project scopes

AI Development & Implementation

• Support the identification of AI applications in our digital analytics & marketing services
• Assist in gathering requirements for AI-powered solutions for clients
• Help develop and test AI prototypes for analytics and marketing use cases
• Contribute to the documentation of AI implementation processes
• Doing research and follow new updates about Gen AI and AI

Client Support

• Support client engagements from strategic planning to execution, including monitoring project profitability, resource allocation, and budget adherence
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up communications internally and with clients, assisting with project creation and time registrations
• Prepare presentations and reports for partners and clients, and create compelling case studies highlighting successful client outcomes
• Develop internal knowledge assets to capture best practices and assist in crafting data-driven proposals aligned with client business objectives
