The role

‘The Cloud for Marketing Freelancer’ at IIH Nordic will work closely together with a highly skilled team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers, Analysts, Cloud- and Tracking Engineers and Ad Specialists to assist in creating value to many businesses through activation of customer data.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced mid-level (or above) ‘Cloud for Marketing’ Specialist who has expertise in data engineering and/or data science. The time spans over three months and is on site at Islands Brygge in Copenhagen. In this role, you will play a critical role in leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to extract insights from various data sources (CRM, ERP, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, Social Media) and build data-driven solutions for our Cloud for Marketing initiatives in order to help our customers activate and gain value from their data.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement data pipelines using Google Cloud to ingest, clean, and transform marketing data (ETL pipelines).

• Build and deploy machine learning models on Vertex AI and BigQuery for tasks such as Propensity To Buy modeling, Churn Prediction, and Next Best Offer modeling.

• Integrate the ML model outputs into the client’s existing systems to ensure actionable insights.

• Develop clear and concise data visualizations to effectively communicate the value these insights deliver to stakeholders.

• Create documentation for the data pipelines and models.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer or similar role working on Cloud Platforms.

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying data pipelines and machine learning models.

• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and machine learning algorithms.

• Expertise in Python programming and Standard SQL for data science and data engineering tasks.

• In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its products, including Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.

• Experience working in the Marketing or Advertising domain

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Airflow or Composer for data orchestration.

• A GCP Data Engineer or ML Engineer certificate.
