Who are you? 

  • Completed university degree within business or business related fields
  • 2-5 years of experience from a management consulting firm
  • Experience with digital transformation, commercial excellence and/or commercial data analytics is preferred
  • Experience and/or interest in commercial development
  • Have a strong consulting toolbox and project management skills
  • Clear and structured communicator with experience creating presentations 
  • Interested and knowledgeable with the latest in data and technology 


The job 

  • Project delivery: Help our client’s in connecting commercial strategy to their business and operating model focusing on how they can leverage data and martech to support attracting and retaining customers
  • Project tasks can include market research, workshop facilitation, client interviews, customer interviews, customer journey mapping, and/or process mapping 
  • Project management from planning to execution of the project
  • Project manage a team of consultants as well as have the capacity to work independently
  • Commercial development: Support and lead commercial strategy project sales 
  • Drive issue-based sales processes including scoping a project, developing the business case, developing a sales presentation, presenting and closing sales 
  • Department development: Support the further development of our commercial strategy service offerings 
  • People Management: help manage the development of new consultants
